When you log in to your account with Peace I Leave With You Marketing, you'll land on your personalized dashboard. This area gives you a quick overview of everything related to your account and projects.
What You’ll See on the Dashboard:
- Greeting Message: A personalized welcome message like “Good Morning, [Your Name].”
- Project Summary: You'll see status boxes indicating the number of projects that are Not Started, In Progress, On Hold, Cancelled, or Finished. You can click any of these to view project details.
- Quick Invoices Info: A summary of your invoice status, including Unpaid, Paid, Overdue, and Partially Paid. A visual chart shows activity by month.
Files & Calendar Access:
In the top right-hand corner of your dashboard, you’ll see options labeled Files and Calendar.
Click Files to view any documents we’ve shared with you (like contracts, designs, or reports).
Click Calendar to view any due dates, milestones, or upcoming project tasks.
Top Navigation Menu:
At the very top of your screen, you’ll see these tabs:
- Knowledge Base – Learn how to use each section of your dashboard.
- Projects – Check project status, notes, and deliverables
- Invoices – View or download a billing statement.s
- Contracts – Review and sign your service agreements.
- Support – Submit or review support tickets
- File Management – View and manage your shared files
