How to Use the File Management Section

The File Management section is where you can upload, organize, and access all files related to your account and services with Peace I Leave With You Marketing. It gives you a simple way to manage shared documents securely in one place.

How to Access File Management:
Click on the File Management tab at the top of your dashboard. You’ll be taken to a screen where files are organized by folders and sections.

 

What You’ll See:

·        Folders and Sections (Left Side):
You can switch between different sections such as “Inbox” or any custom folders we’ve created for your account. Click “Create a new section” if you’d like to organize your files into categories.

·        File Area (Center):
The area in the middle shows the contents of the currently selected folder. If the folder is empty, you’ll see a message that says, “The folder is empty; you can create a folder or upload a file.”

·        Upload Options (Top Right):

o   Click New Folder to organize your files into categories.

o   Click Upload to add documents, images, or other files.

·        Search Bar:
Use the search bar to quickly find specific files by name or t

·        Share to Me:
On the bottom left, you’ll find a link labeled “Share to me.” This section displays any files or folders that our team has directly shared with your account.

Important Notes:

·        Only you and our authorized team have access to these files.

·        Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information unless requested securely.
