How to Submit and Manage Support Tickets

The Support section is your direct line of communication with our team. If you ever need help, have a question, or want to report an issue, this is where you can submit a support ticket and track its progress.

 

How to Open a Support Ticket:

1.     Click the Support tab in the top menu.

2.     On the right-hand side, click the blue + Open Ticket button.

3.     Fill out the required details:

o   Subject of your request

o   Department (e.g., Billing, Technical Support, General)

o   Description of your issue or question

4.     Submit the form and your ticket will be created instantly.

 

What You’ll See on This Page:

·        Tickets Summary: Boxes showing how many tickets are:

o   Open

o   In Progress

o   Answered

o   On Hold

o   Closed
Click any status to filter your tickets accordingly.

·        Support Tickets Table: Once you’ve submitted tickets, you’ll see a list that includes:

o   Ticket number

o   Subject

o   Department

o   Priority level

o   Status

o   Last reply date

 

How to Respond to a Ticket:
Click the subject of any ticket to open it. From there, you can review our reply and type your response directly below it.

 

Pro Tip: Be as detailed as possible when submitting your ticket. The more information you provide, the faster we can assist you.
