Once you receive an estimate from Peace I Leave With You Marketing, you'll need to review, approve, and sign it electronically to move forward with your project. This ensures mutual agreement on the scope of work, pricing, and terms. Here's how to complete the approval and signature process securely through the client portal.
Step 1: Review the Estimate
Open the link you received via email. You’ll be taken to a detailed breakdown of the services, pricing, and payment terms. Take a moment to carefully review everything.
Step 2: Click “Accept”
Once you're ready to proceed, scroll to the bottom of the estimate and click the “Accept” button. This will open the Signature & Confirmation of Identity window.
Step 3: Fill Out the Required Fields
Enter the following:

First Name

Last Name

Email Address (this will be pre-filled in most cases)

Signature – Use your mouse, finger, or trackpad to draw your signature in the box.
If you make a mistake, you can click “Clear” or “Undo” to correct it.
Step 4: Click “Sign”
Click the green “Sign” button to complete the process. Your approval will be logged, and our team will receive a notification that the estimate has been accepted.
Legal Note:
By signing, you acknowledge that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature, and you agree to the terms outlined in the estimate.
